Dr. Sebastian Ruggeri began his education at Rutgers College receiving his bachelor degree Magna Cum Laude. Then he completed graduate and medical school at State University of New York.
He moved to Rhode Island and upon completion of his general surgery internship at Rhode Island Hospital, he moved to Pennsylvania where he completed his orthopedic surgery residency as well as a hand surgery fellowship both at University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
